RS HydroCNC is a private enterprise, established in 1997 (second branch), which specializes in CNC machning. We are on Pomeranian district near to the sea and air port "Gdansk". The Company produces power blades, wicket gate, fasteners, special tools, guide vane, wicket gateetc. The company serves the Hydro Energy Market. Over 93% of our products are sold in the European Community Market. Development and high quality compy with European Standard. At present we have CERTIFICATE of INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9001, 14001 ISO and PN-N 18001. We have very good price.

Quality Control

Quality control is one of the most significant part of every production process. RS HydroCNC owns high quality equipment in order to meet rigorous demands of our customers.

Quality control representatives possess second level NDT certificates of magnetic (MT), penetrant (PT) and visual (VT) methods, also UT, UTT Ultrasonic thickness measurements

When third level is required supervision is carried out by Navitest Company. Furthermore cooperation allows us to offer rentgen (RT).

CMM WENZEL

NDT

We run NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) laboratory specialising in testing of forgings and welds. Among many customers are Aker Solution with subsee and Andritz Hydro with hydropower aplications.
